TOPIC: WHATSOEVER HE SAYS UNTO YOU, DO IT

BIBLE READING:

John 2:1-11

MEDITATION:

What are you are passing through now? Have you struggled all along on your own, yet without any appreciable success? May be you have applied all known principles, you have followed all known concepts to the letter, yet the story line seems the same. Meanwhile, have you considered taking time out to know what the Holy Spirit will have to tell you about it?

Remember, at the Cana of Galilee, when shame and disgrace were knocking at the door of the bridegroom, Mary the mother of Jesus through divine guidance told the groom's men (and Jesus' disciples) that, “whatsoever He saith unto you, do it.' vs. 5. The same thing happened to Peter and his professional colleagues who have put in several years of fishing experience, yet a night came when they caught nothing. Experience failed them. Protocol did not work (Luke 5:1 9).

Enough of those troubles and struggles. Take time to find out what God has to say about your situation and without wasting time, do what He says to you. Zerubbabel too was in that state of confusion and struggling, not knowing that it was not by might nor by power, but “by My Spirit, says the Lord of Host” (Zech. 4:6). Can you see that all these people had their breakthroughs because they had an encounter with the Word of God at one time or another? You too need the Word of God. Let God speak to you, follow His guidance, and believe that He can do it. If God says it, He will do it. Have faith in God.
